Product Introduction

Temperature-Controlled Dynamic Triaxial Testing System for Unsaturated Soil is a state-of-the-art geotechnical testing instrument integrating multi-stress path loading, freeze-thaw environmental coupling and high-frequency vibration. It is specially developed to reveal the hydro-mechanical-thermal multi-field coupling mechanism of unsaturated soil under complex working conditions.

Breaking through the limitations of traditional triaxial testing technology, the system integrates three core technologies: gradient temperature control from -20℃ to +50℃ (accuracy ±0.5℃), dynamic servo loading (up to 5Hz dynamic vibration), and coordinated control of multiphase pressure (confining pressure / pore air pressure / pore water pressure). It enables full-process simulation of cutting-edge research topics such as loess collapse, cyclic drying-wetting of expansive soil, and freeze-thaw interface effects.

The system is equipped with an advanced full-surface deformation digital image measurement system. Adopting non-contact measurement technology, it can accurately capture the full-field strain and crack development of unsaturated soil specimens during tests.

  • Confining pressure dynamic compensation: Automatically eliminates confining pressure fluctuations caused by axial vibration.

  • Drainage measurement: High-precision electronic balance with accuracy 0.001 g and resolution 0.001 g; equipped with evaporation compensation for automatic volume correction.

     Pressure chamber: Made of 304 stainless steel with external thermal insulation and internal lighting; observation window diameter 125 mm; automatic remote cloud data post-processing.

  • Control functions: Automatic control of loading ram travel, loading rate, confining pressure, and pressure chamber water filling/drainage.

  • Standard saturated soil triaxial tests: UU, CU and CD tests.

    Saturated soil stress path tests: S-T and P-Q standard stress path tests.

  • Saturated soil Kconsolidation: Load control, low-frequency cyclic loading and user-defined stress path tests.

  • Unsaturated soil triaxial tests: Isotropic drained tests with constant matric suction, consolidated drained shear tests, and suction increase tests.

  • Post-processing software: Data import, validity check, error correction, outlier detection, deformation calculation, strain calculation, data export and curve plotting.
